Pure Joy at Macandrew Bay!
What a great afternoon. It began with steak on the barbie at Gwyn's (thanks Gwyn!) and then moved on to Macandrew Bay with sailing (thanks Mike and Trinnie!) and kayaks (thanks Gwyn and the Guest family!) and of course wonderful company (thanks everyone!)_

Not sure why Tom decided to paddle back in standing up- was it the gusty breeze and the cold water? Or maybe the lack of supervision from a responsible adult?

it is photo's like these that really get me depressed when I look out my window at the huge puddles in the garden and torrential rain, not that i am jealous or anything dave. It is also hard to motivate myself for a run in the rain, whats your excuse mate, but hope to get out this week for an 8 miler. Also thinking and praying about going on a mission to Ibiza with our church, at least it wont be raining there
