Tom's First Triathlon
Despite the terrible weather we had a fantastic morning watching Tom (and some of our friends' children) take part in the the Weet-Bix tryathlon. It was a great to see Tom following in Uncle Richie's footsteps ! Tom got his shirt signed by Nick Willis the NZ Olympic 1500m medalist and by two All Blacks (I've no idea what their names were, but they were far too big to risk offending by asking!!).

We are massively impressed in Pittsburgh. Adam has had 5 Olympic rings tattooed on his arm to motivate him to get up at 4 am tomorrow to train.

Tom that looks like a lot of fun. You were pushing hard on the bike. We will have to do one together sometime when you are home. Maybe in Abersoch, in the sea!
