Spring Skiing at Cardronna
We have had an amazing couple of days staying with the Grays in Wanaka. The weather was mostly great, though the slopes closed at lunch time on Monday because of high winds. Yesterday was perfect. We all really enjoyed the skiing: Tom and Josh doing their high speed races, Maya doing her jumps and Wendy and I enjoying the longer easier runs. A huge thanks to the Grays!

"Last one down the hill gets the shortbread crumbs from the tin and last swig from the gingerbeer bottle!"
"It won't be us!" shouted Maya and Tom as they sped off down the hill.
"And it won't be me either!" declared mother as she stabbed father in the back of the neck with a yellow flag and left him for dead!

Thanks a lot Bergsters not content with sending us pictures of sunny beaches when it is pouring with rain here, pictures of whales, sealions and other exotic animals when we only see a rabbit and a mad dog, you now send us pictures of gorgeous white snow slopes, thanks alot guys not jealous at all honest
