At last a day without rain! We've have had a grey and wet few weeks. Last Winter was colder, sunnier and drier than this. However, today we got out and had a blast at the beach. We started with our traditional porridge and pancakes Saturday morning breakfast and then drove North for twenty minutes to one of the beaches. It was a good feeling to play footy with the kids, even if they do insist in calling it 'soccer' these days. Wendy and I sat chatting and taking in the view while Tom and Maya made a sand space rocket.
